Story Time

We have started going to story time at our local library, and although I have discovered that my child can be VERY shy, she seems to like it. Each week there is a different theme, and the last week's was "Hats." I quite enjoyed when they did the Mexican Hat Dance, although there was a bratty kid who kept stealing our hat and putting it on his head. We couldn't very well dance on his head, could we?

Merry Christmas, uh, I mean, Happy New Year?

Hi, all! Yes, it has been several months really since I have last posted. I pretty much skipped over the last couple of holidays. Well, in the spirit of New Year's Resolutions, although now it is almost February, but anyway, here I am posting again. We had a great Christmas, with seeing lots of family and spending time together. Matt is back in school again, as is Mandy, our neighbor and morning fun buddy, so Lily and I are finding new things to keep us busy. A brief list, to be elaborated on later: story time, scrapbooking (who knew?), singing, cleaning, shopping, and so on and so on. There just aren't enough hours in the day! So, look forward to all the fun and excitement that will be blogged about in the weeks to come!
