We bought a house!

So, two weeks before Miles was born, our landlord told us that they were going to put our townhome up for sale. Well, we thought it was a good time to look for a place of our own and take advantage of the tax credit for first time homebuyers. Long, long story short, we ended up buying a fixer-upper short sale property. It was the first place we put a bid on and I didn't see it in the daylight until after we made an offer. Luckily, it had "good bones." We have been working on it since the end of April (almost everyday and with lots of help from Matt's family). We moved in over Memorial Day weekend and although there is still lots to be done, we are loving the space and having a place of our own. Here are some before shots:

Congratulations! It looks like a good house. With a little work, I bet it will be a great house.

Congrats Ally! How are you? We need to get together once I have this baby of mine :) Is this house in Spanish Fork? I swear that it is a few houses down from where I used to live!
